Well they just emailed me two days after acknowledging my email to say “We are sorry we have been a long time in answering this email. We hope you have solved your problem by calling our 50p per minute helpline”. Yes i bet you do. I mean how hopeless, not only has it took 2 days for them to come up with a reply they’ve still not actually resolved my query and have effectively binned it. It’s almost vodafonesque.
